Approval of the Minutes of the July 9, 2026, Development Review Board Meeting NOTE: 475 South Beach Application will not be heard. 2. 15 South Beach Road - B-40 1-Acre Estate Residential District This is the application of Mr. Mehrdad Noorani and Mrs. Merilee Noorani, represented by Jared Gaylord, Esq., of Marc R. Gaylord, P.S., requesting the following: A site plan approval to: Demolish an existing house, pool, and associate hardscapting. 3. 114 Gomez Road - B-40 1 Acre Estate Residential District This is the application of AFG Residence, LLC represented by Jared Gaylord, Esq., of Marc R.
