Approved 6-0 Old Business: None New Business: Signs: Husky Street Apts – 1110 Husky St – freestanding sign – board is not pleased with gray concrete base, would like to see something more intentional. Russ moved to approve subject to final email review of the updated renderings; Julia seconded. Approved 6-0. REI – 2270 Hwy 93 N – walls signs and freestanding sign panel – Janet moved to approve; Bill seconded. Approved 6-0. Building Permit: Albertsons – 900 W Idaho – exterior remodel and signage – Bill moved to approve; Russ seconded. Approved 6-0. Taco Johns – 150 N Main – exterior remodel and signage – board would like to see the brick left as is for authenticity rather than painted gray as proposed. David moved to approve subject to final email review of the updated renderings; Bill seconded. Approved 6-0. My Place – 755 Treeline Rd – new hotel – applicant requested the project be put on hold until the June 12 meeting. 575 Sunset Blvd – new awning/covered entry – Bill moved to approve; Russ seconded. Approved 6-0. Other Discussion: Fresh Life/Liberty Theatre – Shawn Pauly w/ CTA discussed project w/ board, gave updates on where project stands, they are trying to preserve as much of the original brick as they can.
