Approved 6-0 Old Business: None New Business: Signs: 4B’s – 660 E Idaho – freestanding sign – Janet moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 6-0. Building Permit: Waters – 707 W Center – remodel existing building – Bill moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 6-0 with the possibility of changing the color of fence slats to blend with the building better. Liberty/Fresh Life – 116 1st Ave E – exterior remodel – John moved to approve; Bill seconded. Approved 6-0. Other Discussion: Jarod gave brief update on Deep Dive week, Mark inquired about landscaping at First American Title on Center St, Tom advised west side of property will be grass Meeting Adjourned at 8:10am
