Approved 5-0 Old Business: None New Business: Signs: Basler Chiropractic – 410 1st Ave E – wall signs – Bill moved to approve; Julia seconded. Approved 5-0. Glacier Gateway Apartments – 308 Two Mile Dr – freestanding sign – Russ moved to approve; Bill seconded. Approved 5-0. Building Permit: Northwest Drywall – 1109 E Oregon – new facility in Rail Park – Bill moved to approve; Janet seconded. Approved 5-0. Other Discussion: World Gym – Diamond Peak Loop/Silverbrook Estates – new athletic club (preliminary discussion) – John feels it looks too much like a warehouse, would like to see it fit the character of the neighborhood little better. Russ would like to see more color, possibly some tinted glass and some other materials other than just metal. Julia would like to see the scale broken up a little more because some sections are too massive in size, likes the north and east elevations. Meeting Adjourned at 8:03am
