Approval of Minutes: Janet moved to approve July 10 minutes; Julia seconded. Approved 4-0
Old Business: Great Northern Dental – 85 Village Loop; revised elevation drawing for
previously approved plans – Julia moved to approve; David seconded. Approved
4-0.
New Business:
Signs: None
Building Permit: Blue Samuri – 323 Main St; new awning - Janet moved to approve; Julia
seconded. Approved 4-0.
Sterling West School – 135 Glenwood; new private school - Janet moved to
approve; David seconded. Approved 4-0.
Distillery Square – 45 6th Ave W; exterior remodel - Julia moved to approve;
Janet seconded. Approved 4-0.
Flathead Liquor – 1121 Hwy 2 W; addition - Janet moved to approve; David
seconded. Approved 4-0.
Other Discussion: Next meeting will be August 14, 2018 – Mark and Julia advised they will not be
present for this meeting. PJ would like the board to start thinking about the
annual Arch Awards.
