Approved 7-0 Old Business: Flathead Liquor – 1121 Hwy 2 W; revision to previous approval Janet moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 7-0 CAP – 214 Main St; façade remodel – board is concerned that if all windows are not completed at the same time then the next owners may not complete them in the future. Board agreed that project presented as is would be acceptable. Bill moved to approve project as is in pictures presented w/ bronze solar cool glass; Janet seconded. Approved 5-2. New Business: Signs: T Mobile – 2244 Hwy 93 N; wall signs; Bill moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 7-0. Building Permits: Maw Apartments – 25 Appleway; new apartments – board would like to see some windows and/or band of color to break up the north and south ends of the buildings. Julia moved to table; John seconded. Motion to table passed 7-0. Walmart – 170 Hutton Ranch; grocery pick up canopy; John moved to approve; Bill seconded.
