Approved 5-0 Old Business: None New Business: Signs: National Park Reality – 444 1st Ave W; freestanding sign; Russ moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 5-0. First Interstate – 2 Main St; freestanding sign; lowering sign from 18’ to 15’, re-facing only. Julia moved to approve; Russ seconded. Approved 5-0. First Interstate – 112 E Montana; freestanding sign; removing block I on top of sign, base is being cut down to 3’, adding 6ft pole between base and sign, board would like to see a metal cap on top of base for weather purposes and a pole cover approx.. 1 square foot. John moved to approve with conditions of adding the metal cap and pole cover; Julia seconded. Approved 5-0. Building Permits: Meadow Vista – 175 Commons Loop; enclose deck areas; John moved to approve; Janet seconded. Approved 5-0. Other Discussion: ARC awards – Board narrowed pool to 4 and will discuss at next meeting. Meeting Adjourned @ 8:15AM
