Approval of Minutes: Russ moved to approve the October 9 minutes; Bill seconded.
Approved 6-0

New Business:
Signs: J2 – 700 Sunset Blvd; wall signs and exterior remodel; Russ
moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 6-0.
1989 Salon – 230 2nd St E; freestanding sign. Bill moved to
approve; John seconded. Approved 6-0.
Building Permits: None
Other Discussion: ARC standards – committee discussed working on changes to the
current architectural review standards. Focused on process, FTP
site and emailing plans. Possible 2 meeting process to mull over
project.
