Approved 5-0 Board member recused – Russ Skelton recused himself from Digestive Health because he is the Representative. New Business: Signs: Digestive Health – 320 Sunnyview; freestanding sign – Representative Russ Skelton; Bill moved to approve; John 2nd (Approved 4-0) Board member rejoined – Russ Skelton rejoined the board for the remainder of the meeting.
