Revised bathrooms - John moved to approve; Bill 2nd (approved 7-0) Pump House - John moved to approve w/ using corrugated and/or standing seam; Bill 2nd (approved 7-0)  CHS Fuel Station – 1355 Rail Park Dr; new fuel canopy/island for delivery trucks - Susanne moved to approve; Bill 2nd (approved 7-0) Other Discussion: ARC guidelines discussion – Jentz discussed possibility of hiring an architectural firm to help create standards for development along the new trail.
