Approval of Minutes: Susanne moved to approve the August 27 minutes; John seconded
(Approved 6-0)
New Business:
Signs: LC Staffing – 702 E Idaho; freestanding sign - Janet moved to
approve; Susanne seconded (approved 6-0)
Building Permits: Flathead Industries – 40 E Idaho; addition to existing retail –
board feels the roof on the addition is too long and too dominant -
John moved to table; Bill seconded (approved to table 6-0)
Lift Station – 152 Timberwolf - John moved to approve; Susanne
seconded (approved 6-0)
Old Business: 4th and Zuri – 55 4th Ave WN; exterior remodel – Susanne moved
to approve; Janet seconded (approved 6-0)
