Approval of Minutes: Susanne moved to approve the October 8 minutes; David seconded
(Approved 5-0)
New Business:
Signs: None
Building Permits: Spring Prairie 4 – 2250 Hwy 93 N; new retail building; Bill
moved to approve; David seconded (approved 5-0)
Old Business: Crossings – Two Mile Dr; new apartment complex; Sarah moved
to approve on the condition that some small evergreen shrubs, or
something similar are headed in front of chain-link fence to soften
the appearance; Susanne seconded (approved 4-1, Bill opposed)
Other Discussion: ARC guidelines discussion – NONE
