Hear the Public: None
Approval of Minutes: Bill moved to approve the October 22 minutes; John seconded
(Approved 5-0)
New Business:
Signs: None
Building Permits: Big Sky IV – 560 Cascade Loop; new office; Stan Converse
representing. Susanne moved to table; John seconded (approved to
table 5-0) – board would like the following brought back at a later
date; trash enclosure material, location of utilities, location of
mechanical equipment; landscaping; signage location on building
and would like to see the east wall broken up.
Old Business: Central School Museum – 124 2nd Ave E; freestanding sign –
materials were not turned in on time for this meeting and no
representative present.
Other Discussion: ARC guidelines discussion – NONE
