MINUTES ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE DATE: Tuesday, November 26, 2019 @ 7:30 AM Kalispell City Hall, 201 1st Ave E MEMBERS PRESENT: Bill Goodman; John Hinchey; Julia Pierrottet; Susanne Wigginton; Sarah Turner; Janet Clark OTHERS PRESENT: City Staff – PJ Sorensen, Kari Hernandez; Tom Jentz # of Guests: 3 Hear the Public: None Approval of Minutes: Susanne moved to approve the November 12 minutes; John seconded (Approved 6-0) New Business: Signs: None Building Permits: None Old Business: Central School Museum – 124 2nd Ave E; freestanding sign – Joe with Signs Now presented revised sign plans per committee’s request. Susanne moved to approve with a more uniform back; Sarah seconded (approved 5-1) John did not approve. Big Sky IV – 560 Cascade Loop; new office; Stan Converse presented information requested from committee at the November 12 meeting. Bill moved to approve; Susanne seconded (approved 6-0) Other Discussion: ARC guidelines discussion – Tom advised the committee that BID has submitted a grant application for $15,000. If grant is Awarded CED is hoping to match with some Brownsfield dollars as well as from other sources. An answer on the grant should be received in about 60 days. Meeting Adjourned @ 8:00AM
