MINUTES ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE DATE: Tuesday, December 24, 2019 @ 7:30 AM Kalispell City Hall, 201 1st Ave E MEMBERS PRESENT: Bill Goodman; Julia Pierrottet; Susanne Wigginton; Sarah Turner OTHERS PRESENT: City Staff – Jarod Nygren, Kari Hernandez # of Guests: 2 Hear the Public: None Approval of Minutes: Susanne moved to approve the December 10 minutes; Bill seconded (Approved 4-0) New Business: Signs: None Building Permits: Old Domino’s Building– 417 E Idaho; remodel – Representative Terry Kramer - Bill moved to approve; Susanne seconded (approved 4-0) – board noted they would like to see more green landscaping in the front of the building. CHS/Bridgewater – 150 1st Ave WN; remodel – Representative Mark Johnson - Susanne moved to table; Bill seconded (approved to table 4-0) – board would like to see a break on the south side of building, redwood nichiha in place of the cedar, more parking in front of the Alpine lighting entrance as well as a more prominent entrance so that the public knows where it is.
