MINUTES ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE DATE: Tuesday, February 11, 2020 @ 7:30 AM Kalispell City Hall, 201 1st Ave E MEMBERS PRESENT: Julia Pierrottet; John Hinchey; Sarah Turner; David Koel; Susanne Wigginton; Janet Clark OTHERS PRESENT: City Staff – PJ Sorensen, Kari Hernandez # of Guests: 7 Hear the Public: None Approval of Minutes: John moved to approve the January 14 minutes; Sarah seconded (Approved 6-0) New Business: Signs: Montana Lils – 285 N Main; replace electronic message center - John moved to approve; Susanne seconded (approved 6-0) Flathead Oral Surgery – 60 Village Loop; new freestanding sign - Sarah moved to approve; John seconded (approved 6-0) Rosauer’s – 2150 Hwy 93 S – change existing signage - John moved to approve; Janet seconded (approved 6-0) Building Permits: Montana Executive Office – 1001 S Main St; remodel office building - John moved to approve with the condition that the landscaping is planted in front of 3ft buffer fence, not behind; Susanne seconded (approved 6-0) FVCC College Center – 777 Grandview; new college center building – David & Sarah recused themselves as they are apart of the design team for this project - John moved to approve; Susanne seconded (approved 4-0) Old Business: CHS/Bridgewater – 150 1st Ave WN; remodel – PJ advised the committee that changes are still being worked on and that they should expect to see this project come back for approval soon. Kalispell Family Dental – 720 2nd St E; remodel existing office – PJ advised the committee that there has been no new developments with this project. Other Discussion: Bill Goodman and Janet Clark’s terms are expiring April 30, 2020. Meeting Adjourned @ 8:26AM
