Approval of Minutes: John moved to approve the May 12 minutes; Susanne seconded
(Approved 7-0)
New Business:
Signs: None
Building Permits: Sherwin Williams – 430 Cascade Loop; new retail building –
John moved to table; Susanne seconded (approved to table (7-0) –
the board would like to see windows and taller landscaping added
to the south elevation. Possibly some evergreen trees.
Old Business: None
Other Discussion: Rachel advised the board that the historic downtown architectural
standards will be review at the next BID meeting and that
hopefully an RFP will be submitted in July 2020. Process takes
about 1 year, with a May 2021 estimated completion.
