Approval of Minutes: Sarah moved to approve the June 23 minutes; Cara seconded
(approved 6-0).
New Business:
Signs:
Building Permits: Office Addition- 220A Kelly Road; expansion and remodel of
existing office unit. The board discussed the setbacks and general
landscape requirement for parking lots. Cara moved to approve;
Sarah seconded (approved 4-0).
Old Business: None.
Other Discussion: Rachel gave the committee an update on the RFQ for the
Architectural Design Standards and confirmed that Cara Lemire
will be on the selection committee
