MINUTES ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE DATE: Tuesday, August 25, 2020 @ 7:30 AM Kalispell City Hall, 201 1st Ave E MEMBERS PRESENT: Julia Pierrottet; Susanne Wigginton; Mark Pirrie; Janet Clark; Cara Lemire OTHERS PRESENT: City Staff – PJ Sorensen, Rachel Ezell, Kari Barnhart # of Guests: 1 Hear the Public: None Approval of Minutes: Mark moved to approve the August 11 minutes; Cara seconded (approved 5-0). New Business: Signs: None Building Permits: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS Northwestern Energy- 890 N. Meridian; shop addition – NEW is working on next years budget to include money for this addition. Construction slated to start in 2021. Committee advised this would be a good opportunity to do some additional buffering on the northwest side of the property. Old Business: None Other Discussion: ARC Awards – committee went through list of candidates and started narrowing down the list to pick winners. Architectural Design Standards for Historic Kalispell – Rachel updated the committee on status of design standards. Meeting Adjourned @ 8:13 AM
