MINUTES ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE DATE: Tuesday, October 27, 2020 @ 7:30 AM Kalispell City Hall, 201 1st Ave E MEMBERS PRESENT: Susanne Wigginton; Mark Pirrie; John Hinchey Sarah Turner (zoom) OTHERS PRESENT: City Staff – PJ Sorensen, Rachel Ezell # of Guests: 2 (Dan Ringquist and Daniel Therrien) Hear the Public: None Approval of Minutes: Mark moved to approve the October 13 minutes; Susanne seconded (approved 4-0). New Business: Signs: State Farm- 475 N. Main St; new freestanding sign (2 options) – Owner would like both signs approved because she has not fully decided on which sign she would like to install. Board prefers the non-reader board version of the sign but likes both. Susanne moved to approve both signs, preference is for the non-reader board sign, Mark seconded (approved 4-0). Lined Up- 20 9th St E; new freestanding sign - Mark moved to approve; Susanne seconded (approved 4-0). Old Navy- 2250 Hwy 93 N.; sign panel in existing freestanding sign - Susanne moved to approve; Mark seconded (approved 4-0). The Healing Path- 146 3rd Ave W; new freestanding sign - Mark moved to approve with the condition that the posts are painted or possibly put concrete footings to prevent damage to posts; Susanne seconded (approved 4-0).
