ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

Approval of Minutes: No meeting on December 8th and a motion to approve minutes was
rescinded.
New Business:
Signs:
Building Permits: Frugals- 635 Treeline Road; exterior remodel for new tenant.
Cecil Waatti introduced the project which would include blue and
white paint along the top and on the awnings and corrugated
stainless steel around the bottom of the building. Julie moved to
approve; Cara seconded (approved 5-0).
Old Business: None
Other Discussion: Architectural Design Standards for Historic Kalispell – Rachel
updated the board on progress.
