Approval of Minutes: Susanne moved to approve the December 22, 2020 minutes; Sarah
seconded (approved 6-0).
New Business:
Signs: FedEx – 165 Schoolhouse Loop; Freestanding sign. Rose Therrein
present as representative. Susanne moved to approve; Cara
seconded (approved 6-0).
Building Permits: Flowers by Hansen- 128 S Main St; façade remodel. John moved
to table until the representative can be present; Sarah seconded
(approved to table 4-2 - Julie and Janet opposed).
Old Business: None
Other Discussion: Architectural Design Standards for Historic Kalispell – Rachel
updated the board on progress.
