Approval of Minutes: Susanne moved to approve the January 12, 2021 minutes; John
seconded (approved 6-0).
New Business: Discussion of Downtown Historic District Design Standards
- Shane Jacobs with A&E Architects along with colleagues
Crystal and Paul present to update the committee on the
Downtown Historic District Design Standards and where they
are at in the process with the following updates:
o Draft zoning ordinance language is developed
o Developing a design guideline booklet
o Meeting with the Business Improvement District
- Rachel went over the changes and updates with the committee,
pointing out the major changes and how it will look going
forward once its approved.
