Approval of Minutes: Julia moved to approve the February 9 and February 23, 2021
minutes; Sarah seconded (approved 6-0).
New Business: Penco - 2310 Hwy 93 S; addition – Casey w/ Jakola Engineering
present via zoom. Susanne moved to approve; Cara seconded
(approved 6-0).
H2O Orthodontics- 1252 N Meridian Rd- new building – Ned w/
Jakola Engineering present as representative. Mark moved to
approve; Susanne seconded (approved 6-0).
Old Business: Discussion of Downtown Historic District Design Standards –
Shane, Crystal, and Paul w/ A&E all present w/ updates
