MINUTES ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE DATE: Tuesday, April 13, 2021 @ 7:30 AM Kalispell City Hall, 201 1st Ave E MEMBERS PRESENT: Julia Pierrottet; Janet Clark; John Hinchey; Mark Pirrie; Sarah Turner(zoom); Cara Lemire(zoom); Susanne Wigginton OTHERS PRESENT: City Staff – Rachel Ezell # of Guests: 8 Hear the Public: None Approval of Minutes: Susanne moved to approve the March 23, 2021 minutes; Mark seconded (approved 7-0). New Business: Kalispell Foot and Ankle – 58 Village Loop; new office building. Susanne moved to table to make changes to location of utlilities, trash enclosure materials and possibly adding a dormer; John seconded. Approved to table (7-0). Owl View Landing Ph 2 Building 1- 209 Sawyer Lane; new apartment building. Susanne moved to approve based upon black windows being incorporated; Sarah seconded. Approved (7-0). Chipotle- 2261 Hwy 93 N; new restaurant building. John moved to approve; Susanne seconded. Approved (7-0). Old Business: None Other Discussion: Crossings at Spring Creek – Two Mile Dr; change trash enclosure materials. They want to change the material from CMU to a warmer material like cedar. Susanne moved to deny the new proposed trash enclosure and keep the original approved trash enclosure; John seconded. Approved (7-0) Stillwater Apartments – Lilac Loop; change trash enclosure materials. They want to change the enclosure to match the one at World’s Gym, so it matches throughout community. Susanne moved to deny the new proposed trash enclosure and keep the original approved trash enclosure; John seconded. Approved (7-0) Meeting Adjourned @ 8:44 AM
