New Business: Signs: Clark Hyundai - 2505 Hwy 93 S; freestanding sign update – Mark moved to approve; Robin seconded (approved 5-0). Dominos - 201 18th St E - Freestanding sign update – Cara moved to approve; Robin seconded (approved 5-0). Buildings: Dominos - 201 18th St E - Exterior remodel/tenant improvement – Mark moved to approve; Robin seconded (approved 5-0). Chick-Fil-A - 35 Treeline Rd - drive through canopy – committee wants to see elevations with view from Hwy 93 looking to the west, Cara moved to table; Mark seconded (approved to table 5-0). Old Business: Stillwater Crossing- 430 Stillwater Rd; updated landscape plans – Jason Evans with JCE Development went over resubmittal with the changes that the committee wanted to see. Mark moved to conditionally approve with the addition of a few taller Junipers around the trash enclosure; Cara seconded (approved 5-0). Other Discussion: Meeting Adjourned @ 8:10 AM
