New Business: Signs: House of Nails- 211 S Main St.; new wall sign over 20 sqft within Main Street Historic District- Board would like to see more details on the sign materials and cabinet. Cara moved to table; John seconded (6-0). Music One- 310 S Main St; new wall sign over 20 sqft within Main Street Historic District- Mark moved to approve; Sarah seconded (6-0). Buildings: Music One- 310 S Main St; façade remodel within Main Steet Historic District (Noncontributing building)- Board discussed preferred alternative material and colors. John moved to table; Cara seconded (6-0). Ceres Bakery- 314/318 S Main St; façade remodel within Main Street Historic District (314 S Main St, noncontributing building; 318 S Main St, contributing building)- John moved to approve with either awning option; Mark seconded (6-0). Mark moved to approve the wall sign; Susanne seconded (6-0). 4 Sunset Plaza- 4 Sunset Plaza; façade remodel- Board would like more information on materials and 4 sided color renderings. Cara moved to table; John seconded (6-0). Whitefish Credit Union- 2000 Hwy 93 S; new credit union with drive thru- Sarah moved to approve contingent upon additional evergreen landscaping at northeast corner of the building; Mark seconded (6-0). The Silos Ph 1- 501 W Center St; Apartment buildings A&B- Mark moved to approve contingent upon band extended across  bottom of the building; Cara seconded (6-0).
