Approval of Minutes: John moved to approve the October 26, 2021, minutes; Susanne
seconded (approved 5-0).
New Business:
Signs: Kalispell Chamber of Commerce- 15 Depot Park; freestanding sign
face change– John moved to approve with the recommendation that
landscaping be incorporated around the sign; Robin seconded (approved
5-0).
Buildings: Kalispell Grand Hotel – 100 S Main St; façade improvement
(contributing building in Main St. Historic District) – John moved to
approve subject to an alternative tile and wrought iron fence option that
reflect historic materials; Robin seconded (approved 5-0).
