New Business: Signs: Natural Elements- 430 Windward Way; sign face replacement on existing monument sign – Susanne moved to approve; Mark seconded (approved 5-0) The Ritz- 116 Main St; rear sign face replacement - Susanne moved to approve; Mark seconded (approved 5-0) Buildings: School District 5 Transportation Maintenance Facility- 155 School House Loop; transportation maintenance facility - John moved to approve with the addition of tree as discussed; Susanne seconded (approved 5-0) Old Business: Buildings: Stockman Bank- 1 Main St; office remodel - John moved to approve changes as presented; Mark seconded (approved 5-0) The Ritz- 116 Main St; review of rear façade paint (Contributing building in Main St. Historic District) – John moved to table until applicant can bring back color samples, door changes and a more finished overall product; Mark seconded (approved to table 5-0) Other Discussion: Meeting Adjourned @ 8:00 AM
