Specifically, there were questions regarding whether recreational amenity requirements could be waived and/or used for City Park improvements for developments along the Kalispell Parkline. Staff will present the current methodology for determining recreational amenity requirements for multi-family developments and provide options for the Council to consider moving forward. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Council receive the report and direct staff as needed.
