The Agenda for the meeting will be: A. Call to Order and Roll Call B. Hear the Public – The public may comment on any matter on the agenda or not on the agenda. (Comments are typically held to 3 minutes or less.) C. Public Hearing: The Planning Board will hold a public hearing and take public comments on the agenda items listed below: 1. File #KPP-19-01 – A request from the Montana Department of Natural Resources for a major subdivision to be known as Snowline. The request would subdivide an 8.3-acre piece of remaining tract land into 1 lot. 2. File #KA-19-01 – A request from Timothy and Naomi Stutzman to annex a 2.8- acre parcel into the city and zone the land R-4 (Residential) upon annexation. D. Old Business E. New Business F.
