Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week. Kalispell Family Dental – 720 2nd St E; Has passed through Architectural Review. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week. FVCC College Center – 777 Grandview; new college center; Public Works is waiting on resubmittal. Fire access is good. Building department has been working with architect and is reviewing. This will be on the agenda next week. Town Pump – 2910 Hwy 93 S; new store/casino/lounge; PW has comments out on stormwater and moving the path into the right of way. This will be on the agenda next week. KNTC Apts – Jefferson St; revised layout; Public Works is under review. This will be on the agenda next week. Woodland Apartments – 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Still under review. Zoning sent out comments. Still working on landscaping changes and parking arrangements. This will be on the agenda next week. Big Sky IV – 560 Cascade Loop; new office building. Public Works has comments out. Zoning has comments out about landscaping, etc. Question about bike path and road crossing. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Copper Mountain – 31 Three Mile Dr; new coffee drive thru. Public Works is under review. Parks has not reviewed yet. Freyholtz noted that in regard to approaches they will permit the approach on Three Mile and the city will permit the approach on Meridian. Fraser mentioned that Phase 2 will involve the corporate office and warehouse. This will be on the agenda next week. Global Archive Storage – 135 Schoolhouse Loop; new storage facility. New project, no reviews have been completed yet. This will be on the agenda next week.
