OLD BUSINESS:
Flathead Industries – 40 E Idaho; drive-through/drop-off addition. Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda for next week.
Kalispell Family Dental – 720 2nd St E; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Town Pump – 2910 Hwy 93 S; new store/casino/lounge; Rick received responses to comments sent
which includes pre-treatment comments that public works needs. He is working through them and
will get the comments to public works. Public Works is till waiting on the waiver of SID. This will
be on the agenda next week.
KNTC Apts – Jefferson St; revised layout; Developer is changing the order in which the buildings
are to be built. Site plan will not change but planning will need a new phasing plan to review. This
will be on the agenda next week.
Woodland Apartments – 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda for next week.
Copper Mountain – 31 Three Mile Dr; new coffee drive thru. Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda for next week.
Great Indoors – Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next
week.

In light of the recommendation from the City-County Health Department to implement service
delivery measures to transition away from walk-in and face-to-face services, the City of Kalispell will
be limiting public access to City Hall at 201 First Avenue East, beginning Thursday, March 19, 2020
until further notice. Only essential meetings will be conducted at City Hall, with most meetings using
conference call or other online meeting services. Accordingly, Site Review is currently only available
to the public via Zoom Meeting. If you would like to participate in the meeting please contact the
Planning Office at (406) 758-7940 or planning@kalispell.com and we will provide you with the
meeting ID and password.
