PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Nothing new
OLD BUSINESS:
Copper Mountain Headquarters – 31 Three Mile Dr; new office, catering, and retail – Mike
Frazier present. Discussion about incomplete landscaping and drainage ditch. C of O for phase 1
cannot be issued unless the work is complete, or a bond is obtained. This will be on the agenda
next week.
St. Matthew’s Phase 1 & 2 - 601 S. Main; parking lot along 6th St & 1st Ave W. Nothing new.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Stillwater Square - Address TBD (Silverbrook); apartment complex. Project as of right now
will not be done in phases. This will be on the agenda next week.
Owl View Landing Phase 2 – Sawyer Lane; second phase of apartment complex – Nothing
new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Sunshine Factory – 15 Glacier View; residential community center – Nothing new. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Arcade & Tap House – 2400 Hwy 93 S. - remodel to arcade/tap house – Nothing new. This will
be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Stillwater Crossing – 430 Stillwater; new apartment complex – new project, departments have
not started reviewing yet. This will be on the agenda next week.
