COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS - COUNCIL CHAMBERS – KAUKAUNA, WISCONSIN – DECEMBER 2, 2025 Pursuant to adjournment on November 18, 2025, a meeting of the Common Council of the City of Kaukauna was called to order by Mayor Penterman at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Roll call present: Antoine, DeCoster, Eggleston, Kilgas, Moore, Schell, Schumacher, and Thiele. Also present: Mayor Penterman, Attorney Greenwood, DPW/ Eng. Neumeier, HR Director Hodge (Zoom), Fin. Dir. Van Rossum, and interested citizens. One minute of silent prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag observed by the assembly. Motion by Moore, seconded by Schell to receive and place on file the letter from the Democratic Party of Outagamie County Election Inspector Nominations. All Ald. voted aye. Motion carried. Motion by Antoine, seconded by Eggleston to receive and place on file the letter from the Republican Party of Outagamie County Election Inspector Nominations. All Ald. voted aye. Motion carried.
