Board of Review

BOARD OF REVIEW The Board of Review was called to order by Chair Pahl at 9:00 A.M. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Services Building, 144 W. Second Street, Kaukauna, on Thursday, June 5, 2025. Members present: Nessmann, Jensen, Pahl (Zoom), and Penterman (Zoom). Absent & Excused: Burton. Also present: Nick Marcks from Bowmar Appraisal (Zoom). Motion by Penterman, seconded by Jensen to excuse the absent member. All members present voted aye. Motion carried. 1. Call to Order Board of Review and Roll Call. 2. Appointment of Chairperson. Motion by Penterman that nominations be closed, rules be suspended, and a unanimous ballot be cast for Dave Pahl as Chairman of the Board of Review. Seconded by Jenson. All members present voted aye. Motion carried. 3. Appointment of Vice-Chairperson. Motion by Penterman that nominations be closed, rules be suspended, and a unanimous ballot be cast for Brett Jensen as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Review. Seconded by Pahl. All members present voted aye. Motion carried. 4. Adjourn (to future date if necessary). Motion by Jenson, seconded by Penterman to adjourn to a later date. All members present voted aye.
