CALL TO ORDER 2. ANNOUNCEMENT THAT THE INTERNAL OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE WILL RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION FOLLOWING THE EXECUTIVE SESSION TO POTENTIALLY TAKE ACTION. 3. ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION a. Pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (f) To consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection. 4. RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION a. Vote determining if misconduct was found. If it is found unanimously by the members of the City Council Committee, the Committee will discuss the investigation conclusion that will be presented to the Council. If misconduct is found, determine potential sanctions, including: 1. A memo of concern from the full City Council 2. Censure. If misconduct is not found unanimously by the City Council Committee, a public report of the Committee findings will be presented to the City Council during a Council meeting. 5. ADJOURN
