KELSO CITY COUNCIL March 21, 2025 12:30 PM SPECIAL MEETING-RETREAT The Special Meeting of the Kelso City Council was called to order by Mayor Anderson. Councilmembers in attendance were Keenan Harvey, Jim Hill, Mike Karnofski, Brian Wood, Veryl Anderson, Lisa Alexander, and Kim Lefebvre. Also in attendance: City Manager Andrew Hamilton, Executive/Legal Assistant Jessica Bronstein COUNCIL RETREAT: TOPICS DISCUSSED • Discussion of Ground Rules and Expectations for the Planning Session. • Review of Kelso Statement of Values. • Review of 2024 Goals and Establish 2025 Priorities and Goals. • Guest Speaker: (David Futcher) • Working with the Manager.
