Notice of Potential Quorum:
A quorum of the Kemah Community Development Corporation may or may not be in attendance.
This is a regularly scheduled meeting of the Kemah City Council, but this notice is being posted
in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. As a governmental body, the KCDC will not
deliberate, take any formal action on any items discussed, nor will meeting minutes be produced
for this notice.
CERTIFICATION
This is to certify that the above NOTICE OF POTENTIAL QUORUM for September 21, 2022 was
posted on the bulletin board at City Hall, 1401 Highway 146, Kemah, Texas, on this 15th day of
August, 2022 prior to 6:00 p.m.
