Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Call meeting to order and roll call. 3. Approve minutes of May 3, 2023. 4. Case ZA 6-23 – 1309 27th St – An appeal to Ordinance No. 11,062 Section 6.11 (b) Light Industrial District (4) Site Development Regulations (ii) Side Yard - A 5 ft. side yard is required except on the side where a lots abuts a residential district in which case there shall be a side yard of not less than ten 10 ft. (iii) Rear Yard – A 10 ft. rear yard is required except where a lot abuts a residential district in which case there shall be a rear yard of not less than 20 ft. in depth. 5. Case ZA 7-23 – 1030 31st Street – An appeal to Ordinance No. 11,062 Section 6.05 (f)(3)(a) Site Development Regulations, Side Yard – There shall be two (2) side yards having a combined width of the lot; provided that in no case shall either side yard be less than five (5) feet and provided further that the combined width of two (2) side yards needs not exceed twelve (12) feet. 6.
