Payroll Roster: For the Pay Period Ending 6/30/2026 Motion to approve the payroll roster for the pay period ending 6/30/2026. Contract: InfoSend Utility Mailing Services Contract Authorization Motion to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with InfoSend for utility mailing services for an amount not to exceed $146,586.24. f. Contract: Amendments to the Northwest High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Contractor Agreements Motion to authorize the City Manager to execute the contract amendments as described. g. Contract: 2026 Bituminous Surface Treatment Seal Coat Project (P2606-26) – Expanding the of Scope of Work Motion to expand the scope of work by increasing the 2026 Bituminous Surface Treatment Seal Coat project contingency from 10% to 20% for a new total contract amount not to exceed $856,398.60. 5.
