City Council Meeting Agenda July 28, 2026 at 6:00 PM City Hall, 701 Main Street, Kerrville, Texas Citizens may view and hear City Council meetings on Spectrum Channel 2 or by live-stream via the City's website (www.kerrvilletx.gov). City Council may not discuss or take any action on an item but may place the issue on a future agenda. Each speaker is limited to four minutes. 5. CONSENT AGENDA: No discussion anticipated on these items, which are considered routine, included in the budget adoption process, addressed in a workshop, staff report, or prior Council discussion. These items will be approved collectively by a single vote unless a Councilmember, staff, or citizen request separate consideration. However, items listed in this section may become action items on request of any Councilmember, and City Council may take action on any item listed in this section without further notice.  6.A 2026 Flood Event update, status of recovery efforts, and City's continuing response. A Resolution allowing a variance to a distance requirement as between an Outdoor Event Venue to be located at 400 Thompson Drive and Church property located within 300 feet of said Outdoor Event Venue. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: 8.A Construction contract with Keystone Construction Services, LP for the Lois Ground Storage Tank and Pump Station project in the amount of $4,645,178.00.
