INFORMATION AND DISCUSSION: These items are not expected to require action by City Council and are generally for information. However, items listed in this section may become action items on request of any Councilmember, and City Council may take action on any item listed in this section without further notice. 3.A Cultural Arts District Board update to include: Arts grant, TCA Cultural Arts District Project grant, report deadlines, Kerrville Convention and Visitors Bureau conversion. 3.B Arts Respond Project grant application(s). 4.
