Chair to call the meeting to order 2. Official meeting notification affidavit 3. Roll call 4. Motion to convene into Closed Session (roll call vote required) • Pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) Wis. Stats. considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility as authorized by sec. 19.85(1)(c), Wis Stats. Specifically to be discussed is the need to hire an additional public works employee. The closed session will be attended by the Town Board 5. Reconvene in open session (roll call vote required) 6. Discussion and Possible action on hiring an additional public works employee 7. Discussion and possible action on appointing a highway supervisor and an hourly wage for that job 8.
