Town of Kewaskum Board of Review May 27, 2020 5pm to 7pm 1. Call to Order and Roll Call 2. Nominate Chairperson and Vice- Chairperson 3. Reading of Notice Requirements 4. Verify which members have met the mandatory training requirements 5. Receive the assessment roll from the clerk 6. Examine the roll for any errors 7. Verify that any open book changes have been included in the assessment roll 8. Taxpayers present • Allow any taxpayers to examine assessment data • Grant waivers of the required 48-hour notice of intent to file an objection • Hear written objections • Deliberation and action on objections heard (roll call vote required) • Notice of determination prepared • Schedule hearings for written objections filed but not heard 9. Adjourn or adjourn to another date if all objections are not heard (roll call vote required) Deliberation and a decision may be done after each case if time allows.
