Keyport Screamin’ Country Jamboree to be held October 8-9, 2016:
Fireworks on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at dusk. Launch site will be across the
harbor from the Keyport Waterfront at the Aberdeen Township public works
property.
Fireworks will end no later than 8:30PM, weather permitting, with a rain date of
Sunday, October 9, 2016
Closure of lower Main Street, from the intersection of West Front Street to #10
Main Street, on Sunday, October 9th from 9AM-6PM to provide location for out of
area restaurants who may participate in the Chili Contest. Will not interfere with
access to the Borough parking lot.
Extension of closing time of the Jamboree on Saturday, October 8th from 8PM to
9:30PM, so that fireworks display can be held during the intermission of the last
band. Previously approved Social Affairs Permit will be amended to permit
beverage sales until 9:30PM and vendors will remain open until 9:30PM.
Request to Aberdeen Township Council also included.
