be held at 120 Francis Street on November 4, 2019 at 7:30PM
2. Application for Raffle License from Keyport Education Foundation Inc. for an On-Premise
50/50 Cash Raffle to be held 9/28/19, 10/5/19, and 10/12/19 from 11AM-3PM and 11/2/19
from 1-4PM
3. Application for Raffle License from Keyport First Aid for a “Penny Auction” to be held
10/5/19, 12/7/19 and 2/8/20 from 6-11PM
4. Letter and Application for Use of Borough Property from the Keyport Garden Club
requesting the use of Council Chambers from 6:30-8:30PM for the purpose of a Garden
Club Meeting and seminar. Further requesting use of microphone, screen and projector.
Fee is requested to be waived.
5. Application for Social Affair Permit from Keyport BID Inc. for the Keyport Music Festival to
be held October 12, 2019 from 12Noon-10PM

7. Email from NJDEP Director in response to the Mayor’s letter requesting a public hearing on
the Williams Northeast Supply Enhancement Project
8. Email from resident Michael Lane commenting on response received relating to his request
for County maps documenting Borough sites with repeated flood claims
