Letter from Knights of Inferno Firefighter/Military Motorcycle Club requesting Keyport Police Department Assistance during their September 11th Memorial Motorcycle Run on Sunday, August 22, 2021 (rain date: Sunday, August 29, 2021). 4. Letter from Prevention Coalition of Monmouth County requesting to display purple flags from August 16 through August 31 in observance of International Overdose Awareness Day. Also requesting that August 31 be declared Overdose Awareness Day by Proclamation and that flags be flown half-staff. 5. Keyport Recreation Committee 2021 Field Permit Application from Central Sports Association/Central Jersey Softball requesting to use Cedar Street Park field and lights two days per week between September 1 and November 1, 2021. 7. Keyport Recreation Committee Program & Activity Planning Summary requesting to hold a Skate Jam event at the Skate Park on Saturday, September 18, 2021 between 12 noon and 4PM (set up at 11AM and cleanup at 4PM).
