COMMUNICATIONS BY CONSENT

1. Letter from Keyport Fire Department Chief requesting use of Fireman’s Park lot on
Saturday, June 25, 2022 at noon for a memorial service for ex-Chief James Atkins.
2. Email from KBBC requesting calypso band to use Mini Park on July 4th from 5PM to
8PM due to cancellation on May 24th due to weather. Also requesting calypso band to
use Mini Park on Thursday’s during Farmer’s Market in the event of any future
cancellations.
3. Application for Social Affair Permit from Keyport-Matawan Elks BPOE 2030 for an
event to be held on August 27, 2022 from 10AM to 6:30PM.
4. Amended Application for Use of Borough Property from the Arts Society of Keyport to
hold the Art around the Bay Event at the Waterfront Gazebo and Promenade on
September 17, 2022 from 11AM to 5PM.

7. Email from Recreation Secretary advising of Recreation Committee vote to move the
August 3rd movie to August 10th due to Fireman’s Fair.
8. Letter from Planning Board Secretary regarding Keyport Unified Planning Board
