Public comment will only be allowed during Citizen Comments. Due to this meeting
being a City Council Workshop, public comment on any of the Public Hearing items will
be done during Citizen Comments. All speakers must register in advance no later than
Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
To speak remotely during the Council Meeting, residents must:
• Submit the online registration form found at:
(https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_wANJnEdgRTCJ18_X5Szu-g). Registrations must
be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5.
• Once the registration form is received, speakers will receive an email providing log on
instructions to join the meeting on Tuesday.
Citizen Comments
This section allows members of the public to address the Council regarding any item(s),
other than a public hearing item, on the agenda for Council’s consideration. Each person
shall sign up in advance, may speak only one time, and such address shall be limited to
three (3) minutes. The Presiding Officer may allow a one (1) minute extension, if
requested at the end of the original three (3) minute period. No other extensions will be
allowed.
